Injectable Facial Fillers
Filling is one of the most popular procedure that delays age signs; yet the results can be dramatic if done by a none qualified person.
According to Dr. TAREK HUSAMI, The expertise and experience of the plastic surgeon play the ultimate role in defining the final results and preventing disasters as well as stereotyped faces.
Making sure that your doctor is registered in LSPRAS (www.lspras.com) is already the first step towards safety.
What does it do?
Facial fillers are substances that soften wrinkles when injected into the skin. The duration of the effect depends on the type of wrinkle filler used.
Cosmetic injectable fillers do not stop the aging process but they help delay the need for more invasive procedures, such as a facelift, brow lift or other procedures.
Cosmetic injectable fillers are often used to:
• Address nasolabial folds (facial creases between the nose and mouth)
• Improve marionette lines (lines or wrinkles that extend from the outer corners of the mouth down toward the chin)
• Correct “lipstick lines” around the mouth
• Restore fuller cheeks
• Create fullness in the lips
• Improve forehead frown lines, when used in conjunction with Botox®.
• Hand rejuvenation in reducing the appearance of veins and tendons
