One year after his graduation in 1986, Georges started his professional journey in the Media and Advertising sector.
At the age of 24, he was already promising a successful career.
In 1992, motivated by his growing energy and experience, Georges established “Group Plus”, a media company in Beirut.
This rising business, based on four employees, grew up to be one of the major and prominent Media and Advertising companies in the Middle East, having a total of ten offices in Lebanon, U.A.E., Bahrain, K.S.A., Syria as well as two Outdoor Printing Houses in Lebanon and U.A.E.
In 2007, the unconditional success and reputation of Georges led his flourishing business to develop into today’s one of the leading real Estate company in Lebanon.
He establishes Plus Brokers and Plus Properties which expanded to Project Management & Investment, Plus Management & Development and Plus Invest.
Armed with 25 years of involvement, Georges Chehwane heads Plus Holding group of Companies, a conglomerate operating in 5 countries with more than 14 companies under its umbrella and groups both the Media and Real Estate.
